Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Ellucian Banner or comparable higher education ERP.
• Demonstrated experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, and process automation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex regulatory and technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate the Banner Financial Aid module including configuration, implementation, testing, documentation, and training.
• Coordinate annual aid-year setup processes, including roll procedures, parameter updates, table configuration, and system validation for regulatory compliance.
• Monitor, research, and implement system updates, patches, and enhancements; collaborate with IT on integrations and automation.
