Qualifications

• Any equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Advise students on financial aid options and costs using remote tools.
• Analyze financial data to determine aid eligibility and awards.
• Review unusual documentation and adjust costs or needs as needed.
• Answer questions from students, parents, or guardians re financial aid.
• Analyze reports to verify continued eligibility and inform students of changes.
• Interface with students, lenders, employers, and staff to resolve concerns.
