Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experienced candidates with 7+ years of financial aid may qualify without a degree.
• 2 years customer service experience required.
• 2 years financial aid experience required.
• Ability to consent to audio/video recording of appointments for training/QA.

Responsibilities

• Understand packaging standards and funding programs for all WCU campuses.
• Package student awards for each academic year and update packages as needed.
• Maintain ongoing student contact to secure financial aid and other sources of aid.
• Explain offers, payment plans, and update packaging throughout a student’s program.
• Provide compassionate, timely follow-up and guide students through next steps.
