Job summary

Zekai is seeking a Financial Expert for a 100% remote contractor role to help evaluate and enhance AI agents within financial domains. You will apply your finance expertise to train models, design multi-step finance and business prompts, and shape how AI systems learn to reason and perform.

Using Microsoft 365 tools, you will develop rubrics, review outputs, and provide structured feedback in clear written English. This position is open to applicants worldwide where allowed.

Qualifications

• Finance, accounting, FP&A, banking, or related field experience.
• Strong MS 365, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and consistency with evaluation guidelines.
• Ability to produce objective, structured assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develop realistic, multi-step finance and business process prompts.
• Create detailed rubrics to assess AI outputs.
• Review AI agent responses using rubrics with structured feedback.
• Use Microsoft 365 apps to design and review tasks.
• Document assessments in written English.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators.
