Job summary

Zekai is seeking a Personal Financial Advisor contractor to contribute expert knowledge to a customer project focused on individual financial wellness. You will review scenarios, provide feedback, and help train AI systems with real-world input, drawing on your experience advising clients.

This role emphasizes one-on-one client experience, retirement and investment planning knowledge, tax and estate planning awareness, and clear written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Direct experience advising individual clients or families.
• Experience as Personal Financial Advisor or similar client-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of retirement, investments, tax planning and estate planning.
• Ability to tailor financial plans to client goals.
• Ability to explain financial concepts clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Review and provide feedback on personal financial planning scenarios.
• Evaluate investment strategies and retirement plans for clients.
• Analyze savings, investments, debt management, tax planning and long-term goals.
• Share client-experience insights to support AI training.
• Explain financial concepts clearly in written and verbal formats.
• Collaborate with another financial expert to discuss approaches.
