Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in financial due diligence, transaction services, or carve-out analyses.
• Direct responsibility for preparing or reviewing transaction-related financial analyses and deliverables.
• Hands-on experience using agentic AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Claude Cowork.

Responsibilities

• Review financial due diligence, quality-of-earnings, and carve-out financial analyses for accuracy, completeness, and supporting evidence.
• Identify unsupported adjustments, reconciliation issues, double counting, and inconsistent accounting treatment.
• Use agentic AI tools to support review and help develop realistic transaction materials, task instructions, and objective grading criteria.
