Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP in Providence, RI seeks a seasoned Financial & Administrative Applications Manager to lead the Firm's critical app portfolio. You will drive service delivery, analytics, and vendor relationships across finance, billing, HR, and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities include optimizing application support, leading teams, delivering operational metrics, and guiding upgrades and governance to improve reliability and user experience. A law firm background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams, projects, or operations.
• Experience with financial, accounting, administrative, or legal technology platforms preferred.
• Experience with Elite 3E, Intapp, UKG, or comparable enterprise platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the support, administration, and operational management of the Firm's financial and administrative application portfolio.
• Establish SLAs, metrics, and improve service delivery and user experience.
• Provide leadership for incident management, governance, and upgrades across apps.
• Develop strong partnerships with Finance, Accounting, Billing, HR, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee reporting and BI solutions using Power BI, SSRS, and related technologies.
