• Verify patient eligibility and document progress in the ERP/EPIC system.
• Refer uninsured patients for Medicaid/Charity eligibility screening and obtain referrals to initiate authorization.
• Prepare estimates of fees upon request and discuss payment options with patients.
• Collect payments and process using the EPIC cash drawer; inform patients of limited benefits and OOP costs.
