Ladders is seeking a Finance Transformation Lead to guide transformation efforts within a healthcare-focused client environment. The role collaborates with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to shape design, evaluate investments, and advance strategic roadmaps.

You will identify opportunities to apply emerging technologies and improve how Finance supports the business through better execution and collaboration, with remote-US based work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years in strategy, transformation, process improvement, or related areas.
• 2+ years leading complex projects or strategic initiatives.
• Proven ability to assess business challenges and drive execution across stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience building relationships and influencing across functions.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic projects focused on process improvement and solution design.
• Partner with Finance leaders to assess needs and design solutions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies for Finance improvement.
