Job summary

Tilt is a remote-first company transforming credit. We seek a Finance Systems & Automation Analyst to automate accounting close, reconciliations, and reporting using SQL, Python, and our BI stack. You will write queries, clean ERP data, build dashboards, and fix failing reports.

You will work with NetSuite, Aleph, and AP automation tools, turning spreadsheet processes into automated, documented workflows. Regular offsites support collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Analytics, CS or related field.
• 1–5 years in a finance, accounting, or data-focused role.
• Strong SQL skills; dbt knowledge; ERP experience (NetSuite/Oracle/SAP).

Responsibilities

• Automate recurring accounting workflows and close processes.
• Pull, clean, and join data from NetSuite and subledgers for reconciliations.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring finance reports.
