Job summary

Tilt is a remote-first company modernizing access to credit through automated finance systems. As a Finance Systems & Automation Analyst, you will automate manual accounting close tasks using SQL, Python, and our BI stack, building repeatable processes and dashboards.

You will work hands-on with NetSuite, data wrangling, and reporting. You'll partner with BI to validate data models, test end-to-end processes, and support audits, while traveling for offsites twice yearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1-5 years in a finance, accounting, or data-focused role.
• Strong SQL skills for complex joins and aggregations.
• Experience with ERP such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Automate recurring accounting workflows and close processes.
• Pull and clean data from NetSuite and other sources for reconciliations.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for Accounting and Finance.
• Collaborate with BI to test data models and validate outputs to the GL.
• Prepare audit and PBC requests; document processes and queries.
• Troubleshoot reports, data loads, and reconciliation breaks.
