Job summary

JDA TSG is seeking an Implementation Consultant to drive customer adoption for mid-market and high-value clients. This role blends business acumen with technical grounding to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and measurable value delivery.

You will guide onboarding journeys, collaborate with CSMs and support teams, and manage migration considerations. Strong QuickBooks/Intuit experience is preferred, with a focus on scalable client solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field and/or Active Tax Credential (Enrolled Agent or CPA).
• 5+ years of consulting or software implementation experience, with a specialized focus on guiding clients through financial software transitions.
• Experience with Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES) configurations and system capabilities.
• Expertise in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Payroll, and Payments.
• Solid foundation in accounting principles and QuickBooks bookkeeping with multi-entity experience (3+ years).
• Ability to work with growing mid-market businesses and guide them toward scalable solutions.
• Understanding desktop-to-online migrations and setting realistic transfer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Consultative facilitation with onboarding journeys, workshops, and playbooks.
• Link product capabilities to client outcomes with strong business acumen.
• Troubleshoot common setup and configuration issues.
• Collaborate with CSMs, support teams, and client stakeholders to drive adoption.
• Anticipate obstacles and address them before impacting customer health.
• Operate in evolving programs with incomplete tooling, documentation, or processes.
• Manage priorities and timelines amid shifting stakeholder needs.
