Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a client-facing consultant to drive the implementation of Advanced Treasury and AP Automation solutions in North America. You will collaborate with customers, architects, and project teams to ensure successful delivery and user adoption.

The role requires strong workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and cross-functional communication. You will manage multiple engagements remotely within a distributed team and help optimize post-go-live outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of business consulting or ERP consulting experience.
• Experience leading client workshops and gathering business requirements.
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, procurement, supply chain, or operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation of Advanced Treasury or AP Automation solutions for multiple clients in North America.
• Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements aligned with embedded best practices.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with implementation consultants, developers, and customer project teams to support successful solution delivery.
• Deliver client presentations, workshops, and user training.
• Support customers during project execution and post-go-live optimization.
• Manage multiple client engagements while maintaining project timelines and deliverables.
• Provide strategic feedback to internal product and consulting teams based on customer experiences.
