Job summary

Intuit QuickBooks Services Customer Success team seeks a Customer Success Manager to guide mid-market customers through adoption and value realization. This founding role involves shaping the program as we test initiatives, identify customer needs, and gather feedback to advocate for product enhancements.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support to deliver connected experiences, identify risks, and champion customer journeys that drive retention and growth across Intuit

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer success role with at least 2 years managing a mid-market book of business
• Business savvy with consultative problem solving and issue resolution skills
• Strong communication, organization and time-management for successful execution
• Proven ability to build relationships, manage expectations and escalate when needed
• Familiarity with financial services or payroll/workforce management is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships across a dedicated book of business to drive overall success
• Engage executive sponsors and stakeholders across customer teams for strategic value
• Lead strategy conversations to derive maximum return on Intuit QuickBooks Services
• Help customers adopt the platform and promote additional Intuit products and services
• Monitor customer health and develop risk mitigation plans
• Collaborate with onboarding, sales, product, and support to solve customer needs
• Share best practices to improve processes and outcomes across the team
