• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Strong Excel and data management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial recordkeeping and monthly reconciliations for multiple LLCs and SPVs
• Support cash flow tracking, invoicing, and expense management across legal entities
• Help maintain financial dashboards and reports using Excel or Google Sheets
• Organize and track operating agreements, financial statements, and entity documentation
• Assist in formation and administrative management of new LLCs and SPVs
• Prepare summaries and briefing materials for internal meetings and external reporting
• Coordinate with accounting, tax, and legal professionals as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in all work
