Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is offering a Summer Finance Intern role designed for students pursuing accounting, finance, or economics.

The program provides hands-on experience across core finance functions, including reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting, in a collaborative, remote environment. You will engage in market research, data consolidation, and the preparation of management reports, while supporting special projects and attending team meetings.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Dependable, quick learner who is independent and works well with others.
Strong analytical, written communication and organizational skills.
Microsoft Office proficiency and experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

Support finance and accounting operational work, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and daily processing.
Responsible for market and industry research projects and reporting, data collection, consolidation, and presentation, and other communications support activities.
Work collaboratively with the team to prepare analysis and reports for internal management.
Attend and contribute to meetings and provide administrative assistance.
