Job summary

Wonderly is seeking a Finance & Operations professional to own the financial and business operations, including accounting, vendor management, and corporate processes. You will coordinate month-end close, manage tax filings, and oversee contracts, procurement, and equity administration.

You will work directly with the CTO/CEO, apply data-driven approaches, and build scalable processes so the company can grow efficiently while maintaining strong controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• Accounting knowledge to manage payments and month-end close.
• Experience coordinating with external accountants and tax providers.

Responsibilities

• Accounting operations: Validate invoices, collect vendor docs, approvals, and payments.
• Month-end close: Maintain close notes and support information for accountants.
• Tax coordination: Keep filings and notices moving with external providers.
• Financial systems: Maintain tools such as Stripe, Subscript, Hubifi, QuickBooks.
• Contracts and procurement: Coordinate vendor agreements and renewals.
• Corporate operations: Manage insurance renewals and equity administration.
• Process improvement: Document recurring work and automate tasks.
