Wonderly hires to own the financial and business operations behind the company, with accounting as a major component. You will ensure vendors are paid, coordinate month-end close with external accountants, and keep tax, financial systems, and contracts organized as the business scales.

You’ll also handle procurement, insurance renewals, equity administration, and workflow improvements, growing into broader ownership across finance, legal, and operations.

Qualifikationen

• Strong spreadsheet skills.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Stripe, Brex, Carta or similar tools.
• Willing to commit to a high workload and long weeks.

Aufgaben

• Accounting operations: validate invoices, manage documentation, approvals and payments.
• Month-end close: maintain notes, support accountants, investigate discrepancies.
• Tax coordination: filings, registrations, notices, and year-end reporting with external providers.
• Financial systems: maintain tools like Stripe, QuickBooks, Brex, Carta, Hubifi as the business changes.
• Contracts and procurement: coordinate agreements with business owners and counsel, track renewals.
• Corporate operations: manage insurance renewals, equity administration, corporate records and notices.
• Process improvement: document recurring work and automate repetitive tasks.
