Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Finance & Operations Analyst based in the United States to drive financial planning, analysis, and operational insights.

You will partner with teams to define priorities, build dashboards, perform variance analyses, and translate business activity into financial projections. This role requires 5+ years of experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to influence decisions across functions. Fully remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of relevant professional experience in business/operations analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related fields.
• Ability to connect cross-functional findings to financial outcomes or resource decisions.
• Strong financial analysis background including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, or modeling.
• Proven ability to investigate root causes, evaluate alternatives, and recommend improvements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to identify business challenges, define analytical priorities, and deliver actionable insights.
• Analyze performance, workforce, service demand, staffing, costs, and resources for planning and decision-making.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools for financial and operational visibility.
• Translate assumptions into financial projections, scenario analyses, and investment recommendations.
• Present findings clearly to stakeholders and highlight actions.
