Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis, operations analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Identify analytical priorities and deliver actionable insights across teams.
• Analyze operational performance, workload, service demand, staffing capacity, costs, and resources for planning.
• Investigate root causes and evaluate solutions including staffing, processes, systems, and investments.
• Prepare financial reports, budget-to-actual variances, forecasts, and financial models.
• Translate assumptions into financial projections, scenario analyses, and investment recommendations.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools for visibility into performance.
• Collect, validate, reconcile, and analyze data from multiple sources; investigate discrepancies.
• Present findings clearly to financial and nonfinancial stakeholders, highlighting trends and actions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual steps, and improve data accuracy.
• Support administration of financial/operational systems including user access and Ramp.
• Manage analytical and process improvement projects from definition to implementation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, track progress, and communicate challenges.
