Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in financial analysis, operational finance, FP&A, business analytics, or a related role.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Power BI experience is a plus.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and communicate findings to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily financial and operational performance across multiple business locations.
• Monitor key metrics related to revenue, labor, productivity, customer activity, and operational efficiency.
• Investigate performance variances and identify root causes of emerging business issues.
• Partner with operational leaders to provide data-driven recommendations and actionable insights.
• Develop and enhance dashboards and reporting tools to improve decision-making.
• Build scalable reporting solutions and help strengthen business intelligence capabilities.
• Consolidate and interpret data from multiple systems and sources.
• Assist leadership with forecasting, performance analysis, and operational planning initiatives.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support continued growth and profitability.
• Drive process improvements that increase reporting accuracy and operational visibility.
