Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a senior commercial strategy leader to drive the planning and execution of sales coverage and territory design across the enterprise. The role partners with Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing to align priorities, governance, and timelines while pushing for measurable growth.

You will own annual commercial planning, quota methodologies, account planning, and QBR materials, enabling data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration that improves field

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, strategy, finance, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Advanced degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial strategy, sales operations, sales planning, consulting, marketing strategy, or related discipline.
• Ability to influence across functions and senior leaders.
• Strong Excel, Power BI, presentation skills; CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial planning and sales coverage with accountable governance and ROIs.
• Oversee territory design, customer segmentation, and quota methodologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional annual commercial planning and account planning.
• Develop QBR materials and external messaging for consistent leadership.
• Drive event ROI tracking and field activation alignment.
