Wisepath Group, part of RAVLCO/Legend Media, seeks an experienced Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, cash management, and controls while supporting growth. This fully remote role requires availability during U.S.

Eastern Time business hours. Reporting to the CEO, you will manage month-end closes across multiple entities, prepare financial statements and variance analyses, reconcile CRM/billing data with the general ledger, and coordinate relations with banks

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• At least five years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close procedures.
• Experience analyzing profitability, margins, expenses, and other business-performance drivers.
• Experience managing cash flow, treasury activities, and liquidity needs.
• Proficiency with accounting or ERP systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or comparable platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel or spreadsheet skills, including working with large data sets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor profit-and-loss performance across entities.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities; recommend actions to protect profitability.
• Manage cash position, cash-flow monitoring, treasury activities, liquidity planning.
• Support establishment and management of credit lines, loans, and banking relationships.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting: payable, receivable, GL entries, reconciliations.
• Coordinate tax filings, audits, and requests with external CPA/compliance partners.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance analyses.
