Job summary

Wisepath Group is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support financial health and growth. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, cash management, and internal controls for multiple entities.

This 100% remote role requires ET business hours alignment and US-based candidates. Responsibilities include monthly close, financial statements, budgeting, and treasury activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• At least five years progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, reconciliations and month-end close.
• Experience analyzing profitability, margins and cost drivers.
• Experience managing cash flow, treasury and liquidity needs.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, NetSuite or ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and large data handling.
• Experience reconciling data across accounting, CRM, billing, commissions.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor P&L, margins, and cost drivers across entities.
• Identify financial risks/opportunities and suggest actions.
• Oversee cash position, treasury and liquidity planning.
• Support credit lines, loans and banking relationships.
• Represent organization with banks and lenders.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting: AP/AR/GL and reconciliations.
• Manage monthly/year-end closing across entities.
• Prepare statements, reports, and variances for CFO/execs.
• Coordinate tax filings and audits with external partners.
• Maintain audit-ready controls and documentation.
• Monitor AR aging and partner billing reconciliations.
