Qualifications

• CPA with at least six years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience with QuickBooks accounting system.
• Knowledgeable in payroll systems and regulatory compliance (LGU, BIR, SEC).
• Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare billing and issue to clients after review.
• Monitor and follow up on collections.
• Ensure BIR compliance by preparing and filing periodic returns (WITHHOLDING, VAT, ITR, etc.).
• Liaise for renewal of local permits (Sanitary Permits, Mayor's Permits).
• Process payment requests and issue 2307 forms.
• Participate in month-end closing and bank reconciliations.
• Handle other duties as needed by the position.

Job Description

This is a remote position.

SUMMARY

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing billing and collection processes, managing disbursements, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. The role requires meticulous preparation, monitoring, and accountability in all financial activities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare billing and issue it to clients once reviewed and approved.
  
• Monitor and follow up on collections.
  
• Ensure BIR compliance by preparing and filing all periodic, quarterly, and annual returns, including but not limited to withholding taxes (both expanded and compensation), VAT returns, Income Tax Returns, SWAT, MAP, QAP, SAWT, and others as deemed necessary.
  
• Liaise in the renewal of local permits such as Sanitary Permits, Mayor’s Permits, and others as deemed necessary.
  
• Process payment requests once approved and issue 2307 forms.
  
• Participate in the month-end closing of the company’s books.
  
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and other necessary schedules.
  
• Handle other matters as required by the position.
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• CPA with at least six years of experience working as an Accountant.
  
• Experience with the QuickBooks accounting system.
  
• Knowledgeable in payroll systems.
  
• Knowledgeable in LGU, BIR, and SEC compliance requirements.
  
• Self-motivated, self-sufficient, and accountable.
  
• Possess good judgment and decision-making skills.
  
• Enthusiastic about achieving results and ensuring objectives are met.
  
• Strategic and target-driven.
  
• Resides within the Metro Manila area, preferably within Makati, Pasig, or BGC, due to government (SSS, HDMF, PHIC, BIR, and LGU) jurisdiction locations.
