Job summary

Weaviate is seeking a Working Student Finance to support day-to-day financial operations while exploring automation using AI tools. The role offers 100% remote work with flexible hours and a chance to contribute to a growing finance team.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, with at least 1 year of accounting experience and strong Dutch-language accounting skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree; finance or accounting focus preferred.
• At least 1 year of accounting experience (A/R/AP).
• Advanced Dutch accounting and banking system knowledge.
• Hands-on with AI tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable (invoices).
• Manage and follow up on queries in the central finance inbox.
• Execute tasks and controls in expense systems (Pleo, Ramp).
• Identify opportunities to automate finance using AI tools.
• Support day-to-day operational and administrative finance tasks.
