Turing Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Finance Expert for omnichannel chat support, supporting SMB clients with bookkeeping and financial guidance. You will respond to inquiries, analyze financial data, and deliver data-driven accounting answers.

This is a remote, USA-only contract role lasting about four months. Ideal candidates are proficient in QuickBooks Online, have accounting or bookkeeping experience, and can handle high-volume, data-heavy queries.

Competenze

• Active user of QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Prior experience with omnichannel chat support.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and data analysis.
• Ability to handle complex, data-driven accounting questions.
• Experience working with SMB clients preferred.

• Respond to customer queries via omni chat platforms.
• Support SMB business owners with bookkeeping and financial guidance.
