Hyatt Shared Service Center is seeking a Senior Analyst - Finance Evolution to modernize how Finance operates across Hyatt. You will partner with Finance and technology teams to map processes, identify automation opportunities, and deliver practical automation, dashboards, and data transformations that improve cost efficiency and hotel profitability.

You will collaborate with Financial Systems, Data & Analytics, ServiceNow, and other tech teams, plan projects, manage releases, and drive adoption

Competenze

3+ years in business process analysis, process redesign, or automation.
Experience gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, and translating needs into solutions.
Experience delivering or supporting automation initiatives, including testing and rollout.
Ability to plan with Finance stakeholders and technology teams.

Analyze workflows and identify automation opportunities.
Develop and support automated workflows, dashboards, and data transformations.
