Job summary

your Jared is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support finance data governance, user access management, and process improvements in a large enterprise. You’ll administer RBAC, manage access requests, and collaborate with finance and IT to ensure secure data access.

The role emphasizes data quality, governance, and cross-functional teamwork. The ideal candidate brings finance or FP&A knowledge, strong SQL skills, and experience with data stewardship and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience supporting user access management, data governance, or security administration.
• Understanding RBAC, security groups, and provisioning concepts.
• Advanced SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation.
• Experience with version control or source-controlled environments.
• Familiarity with FP&A, finance, or enterprise reporting concepts.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process user access requests across enterprise data platforms and reporting environments.
• Configure and maintain role-based access controls, security groups, and user permissions.
• Support data governance by enforcing access policies, approval workflows, and controls.
• Analyze access-related issues and troubleshoot data visibility or permission concerns.
• Collaborate with business/finance stakeholders to gather requirements and implement access enhancements.
• Update technical and operational documentation, process flows and governance procedures.
• Assist with data reconciliation, validation, and reporting using SQL and analytical tools.
• Support audit readiness with proper documentation, approvals and access controls.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and scalability of access management.
• Participate in process improvement and system optimization within finance and enterprise data environments.
