Endeavour is seeking a Finance / Commercial Project Manager to join the Edged Infrastructure team, working directly with the CFO and overseeing the financial lifecycle of data center projects—from bid and contract through construction, billing, and closeout.

This role, remote in the United States, emphasizes project controls, earned value analysis, and close collaboration with project teams, suppliers, and legal counsel to protect margins and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or CPA is a plus.
• 8+ years in project finance, commercial or FP&A in construction or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of earned value, cost variance, and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Own the full financial lifecycle of projects, including budget, forecast, cost-to-complete, and margin.
• Manage AR/AP, billing milestones, collections, and working capital to protect cash flow.
• Lead contract management, change orders, and risk allocation to safeguard commercial position.
• Support procurement, subcontractor buyouts, and ensure alignment with project cash flow.
• Provide financial insights through project reviews, dashboards, and executive reporting.
