Endeavour Inc. is looking for a Director, Deal Execution & Legal – Data Centers & Real Estate in New York. This role involves negotiating high-impact transactions across the globe for their innovative data center infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a JD, several years of relevant experience, and will handle joint ventures, land acquisitions, and legal transaction executions. The work environment promotes flexibility, growth, and values transparency and strategic thought.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in transactional work related to real estate, data centers, or infrastructure development.
• Experience in hyperscale leasing or build-to-suit development.
• Experience with European or APAC real estate transactions preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support joint venture and partnership negotiations.
• Negotiate hyperscale data center leases.
• Manage outside counsel across jurisdictions.
