Job summary

Endeavour Inc. is seeking a Finance / Commercial Project Manager to oversee the financial lifecycle of data center projects from bid to closeout. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, billing milestones, and contract terms in collaboration with the CFO.

You will drive revenue recognition, cash flow, and cost control while partnering with project teams and legal for risk mitigation and margin protection. Remote US position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 8+ years in project finance, commercial or FP&A—ideally construction, infrastructure, data centers, or energy; a senior individual contributor.
• Working knowledge of US construction and EPC contract structures (AIA, ConsensusDocs, EPC/design-build), POC accounting, and change-order/processes.
• Understanding of project accounting principles—earned value, cost variance, and cash flow.
• Strong contract management and negotiation instincts; stakeholder collaboration with diverse counterparties.

Responsibilities

• Own the full financial lifecycle of assigned projects—budget, forecast, cost-to-complete, and margin.
• Manage project AR/AP—billing milestones, retention, collections, and aging.
• Lead commercial and contract management—review terms, change orders, and risk allocation.
• Partner with procurement on subcontractor and supplier selection and buyout tracking.
• Prepare project reviews and reporting for executives, lenders, and portfolio oversight.
