Endeavour. Inspired Infrastructure. seeks a Senior Finance Analyst, EMEA to join the Global Finance team. You will support daily finance operations across Europe, collaborate with regional leaders, and help manage procurement, accounts payable, and project accounting while ensuring policy compliance.

The role demands agility, confidentiality, and strong communication; location is remote with Luxembourg base considerations, and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations.
• Experience supporting month-end close, GL accounting, AP, and PO processes.
• Experience partnering with business leaders on financial reporting and decision-making.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day finance and accounting operations across EMEA entities.
• Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and schedules.
• Manage purchase orders, vendor management, and accounts payable.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, tax forms, and banking information.
• Support project budgeting, forecasting, and lifecycle financials.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and VAT requirements.
