Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in staff accounting, accounting, bookkeeping, or related roles.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks for daily financial management.
• Strong command of Google Sheets, including formulas and data organization.
• Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, transaction recording, and financial data management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal review.
• Maintain and optimize financial data within Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support budget adherence and financial compliance.
• Assist with ad hoc financial projects and audits.
