Pathstone is a growing wealth management firm providing investment advisory and planning services to ultra-high net worth clients. The Finance Associate handles day-to-day expense reporting in Concur, supports AP functions, and backs up corporate card administration.

The role offers remote flexibility with on-site needs. The position requires 3–5 years in finance operations, SAP Concur experience, and strong Excel skills, with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in expense management, Accounts Payable, accounting operations, or related Finance role.
• Experience with SAP Concur Expense strongly preferred; BILL payables software is a plus.
• Experience processing team member expense reports and Accounts Payable transactions.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with the broader team.
• Willingness to learn and grow in Finance responsibilities.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and process team member expense reports in Concur, ensuring completeness and policy compliance.
• Manage the Concur user database, including set-up and maintenance; serve as first point of contact for questions.
• Provide Concur training to new team members and maintain training materials.
• Own day-to-day expense management under Manager oversight, improving efficiency and controls.
• Perform in-office Finance duties, including processing batch client checks and state tax checks.
• Back up Accounts Payable functions like invoice processing and vendor payments.
• Assist with quarterly shareholder distributions, year-end Form 1099s, and ad hoc reporting.
• Assist with AmEx corporate card program administration and payment processing.
