Pathstone, a growing wealth management firm, is seeking a Finance Associate to oversee daily expense reporting, Concur administration, and AP backups. The role blends remote work flexibility with occasional onsite collaboration to support the Controller's Accounting Team.

Responsibilities include training peers, improving processes, and handling in-office duties such as check deposits and tax payments. A strong Excel background and 3–5 years of experience are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in expense management or related Finance role.
• Experience with SAP Concur Expense preferred; BILL payables software is a plus.
• Experience processing expense reports and Accounts Payable transactions.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
• Ability to work remotely while collaborating with the team.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review and process team member expense reports in Concur.
• Manage Concur user database and serve as primary contact for questions.
• Provide Concur training and maintain materials.
• Own day-to-day expense management under Manager's oversight.
• Perform in-office Finance duties like processing check deposits and tax checks.
• Serve as backup for Accounts Payable functions.
• Assist with quarterly distributions, 1099 processing, and ad hoc reporting.
• Administer Amex card program backup tasks.
