Logoslabs seeks a Senior Analytics Engineer – Finance to join a globally distributed data team. You will design and operate financial data pipelines, automate workflows, and deliver trusted data products for reporting and close processes.

Collaboration with Finance, Accounting, Data Engineering, and Platform teams is essential. You will build scalable data transformations, validate outputs, and push for automation using AI-assisted approaches within a digital asset environment.

Qualificações

• At least 7 years of experience in data analytics and data management within financial services or a regulated industry.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for production-grade code.
• Hands-on experience with dbt, Spark, Airflow or similar.
• Strong Git, code reviews, automated testing, and documentation practices.
• Experience with financial or accounting data, reconciliations, or month-end close.
• Ability to own data pipelines end-to-end and improve system reliability.
• Excellent communication to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop financial data products, pipelines, models, and analytics solutions for reporting and operations.
• Automate financial workflows with governance, monitoring, and exception handling.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to monitor performance and investigate discrepancies.
• Investigate financial discrepancies with cross-functional teams and resolve root causes.
• Build scalable data pipelines from internal and external data sources.
• Strengthen data infrastructure with clear definitions, ownership and quality controls.
• Explore AI-assisted automation and integrate AI tools into production workflows.
