Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Finance Analyst to apply accounting fundamentals and deliver accurate financial reports for a large healthcare facility portfolio in Texas. The role blends remote work with required onsite presence at a Dallas facility, supporting both internal management and external clients.

You will perform journal entries, month-end close, and comprehensive data analysis using Excel, with opportunities to implement process improvements and AI-driven tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel.
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Intermediate math skills and financial calculations.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze maintenance spending data across a large portfolio to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and post journal entries to record expenses, receipts, and distributions.
• Complete accounting transactions to prepare client financial statement packages.
• Execute the month-end close by reviewing and finalizing transactions.
• Aggregate data from multiple sources to generate reports and analyze trends.
• Utilize Excel to track forecasting, budgeting, and facility expenses.
• Lead process improvements and utilize AI-driven tools to streamline workflows.
• Research accounting issues and implement corrective actions to minimize risk.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, management, and vendors regarding financial reporting.
• Collaborate across departments to provide detailed reporting and resolve complex issues.
