Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
5 years decision support or financial analysis in healthcare.
3 years experience in a managed care team using contract modeling platforms such as PMMC Contract Pro, Strata, or similar software.

Responsibilities

Analyze hospital and ASC claims, payments, contractual allowances, and reimbursement trends.
Monitor and compare estimated reimbursement to actual payments and work with CBO; attend JOC meetings.
Produce recurring and ad hoc financial reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
Provide analysis on service line pricing and margins using market research.
Assist Managed Care Contracting during contract negotiations with analytics support.
Participate in special projects on reimbursement optimization and financial performance improvement.
Coordinate loading and accuracy of contracts with SaaS vendor.
