Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Finance Manager to lead Finance Strategy and Operations, including budget preparation, forecasting, strategic planning, and reporting for a large portfolio of healthcare facilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising and rewarding performance preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial analytics regarding variances, forecasting, salaries, headcount, and third-party maintenance spending.
• Lead the month-end close process by reviewing, verifying, and finalizing all financial transactions.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and ensure high-quality service and communication.
