Job summary

Synthires is seeking experienced Accountants and Auditors to support an AI training project focused on financial reporting, auditing, and tax compliance. You’ll apply your professional expertise to evaluate financial documentation, validate reporting practices, and provide feedback that improves AI-generated outputs.

No prior AI experience is required — your accounting and auditing expertise is what matters. This is a fully remote role offering about 15 openings nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in financial reporting, auditing, or tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and analytical functions.
• Experience conducting audits and preparing audit documentation for diverse entities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review financial statements for accuracy and GAAP/IFRS compliance.
• Develop and validate financial models using Excel and advanced analytics.
• Evaluate audit procedures, internal controls, and supporting documentation.
• Analyze tax compliance records for regulatory alignment.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Contribute real-world scenarios for AI training and provide feedback on reporting practices.
