Unrivaled Basketball is seeking a Finance & Accounting Coordinator to support day-to-day finance operations, including bookkeeping, expense management, reimbursements, and revenue-related accounting tasks. You will prepare reports, manage documentation, and ensure timely processing across multiple systems in a fast-moving environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of accounting/finance ops experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with QuickBooks, Ramp, Excel, and Google

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance operations, or a related role.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Ramp, Excel, Google Sheets and comfort learning new financial and operational systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and recurring responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, follow through on open items, and proactively identify when something requires attention.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities, including transaction coding and GL support.
• Administer expense management processes, monitor policy compliance, and document submissions.
• Process and track employee and contractor reimbursements.
• Maintain ticketing-related financial records and assist with reconciliations.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports and assist with data gathering.
• Manage calendars, deadlines, and recurring accounting processes; follow up for approvals.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance team and coordinate meetings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve routine accounting and documentation questions.
