Job summary

Kobie is seeking a Finance & Accounting Analyst to join a remote-friendly team supporting accounting, planning, and reporting. You will own month-end close, invoicing, and revenue validation while partnering with Finance and Operations to drive accuracy and insights.

This role offers growth across Accounting, FP&A, and automation opportunities, with emphasis on data integrity, cross-functional collaboration, and timely financial storytelling for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Excel with lookups, pivots, and large data validation.
• Experience with NetSuite (or similar ERP) and Planful preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring month-end close responsibilities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and client accrual updates.
• Manage full invoicing cycle for assigned client accounts on monthly and weekly cadences.
• Maintain accuracy between GL and BS; ensure NetSuite invoices are posted to the correct period.
• Support revenue summaries and revenue allocation across lines of business.
• Review Kobie and client P&L statements for variances with operating stakeholders.
