Kobie Marketing is a remote-first organization with a flexible environment and a focus on growth and development. The Finance & Accounting Analyst role sits at the intersection of accounting and finance, handling close, reporting, and forecasting for client accounts.

In this role you will own month-end close activities, manage invoicing, and partner with stakeholders to ensure accurate financial insight that informs strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring month-end close responsibilities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and client accrual updates.
• Manage the full invoicing cycle — usage loads, invoice/credit memo creation, approvals, and client delivery on monthly and weekly cadences.
• Maintain accuracy between GL and BS accounts, ensure NetSuite invoices are posted to the correct period.
• Support committed revenue summaries and revenue allocations across all lines of business.
• Review Kobie and client P&L statements for accuracy against forecast and resolve variances.
• Update revenue in Planful, including client-level revenue and keep financial data in sync.
• Support monthly reporting deliverables, including SG&A and COGS reviews and margin analysis.
• Partner with leads to validate counts, hours, and new business data feeding into reporting.
• Contribute to Monthly Business Review materials with financial results, KPIs and variance analysis.
• Support annual budgeting and re-forecasting.
