Job summary

Kobie is seeking an Analytics-focused Finance & Accounting Analyst to join our remote-friendly team. You will own core accounting processes, support planning and reporting, and help drive revenue validation and KPI insights for client accounts.

In this role you’ll partner with Accounting, Finance, and Operations to improve close and reporting processes, while growing your FP&A exposure through Planful updates and monthly performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Experience with month-end close and invoicing.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring month-end close responsibilities and reconciliations.
• Manage invoicing cycles and client billing for multiple accounts.
• Maintain GL/BS accuracy and support revenue allocations.
• Update revenue in Planful and support monthly reporting deliverables.
• Collaborate with departments to validate data for reporting and budgeting.
