Job summary

ELITEBRAIN is seeking Finance & Accounting Experts to contribute to AI training projects. This fully remote, contract role centers on designing realistic finance tasks and objective grading criteria to test how AI handles FP&A, reporting, auditing, and reconciliations.

You will translate complex financial processes into structured tasks, assemble supporting materials, and ensure consistent evaluation across independent reviewers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on professional experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Financial Reporting, Auditing, or Account Reconciliations.
• Demonstrated responsibility for financial processes and accounting operations; supervisory/advisory-only roles not sufficient.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, GL, reconciliations, and accounting controls.
• Experience developing or applying structured review standards and audit programs.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-step finance and accounting tasks based on actual workflows (FP&A, financial reporting, auditing, reconciliations).
• Transform processes into structured assignments with instructions, supporting docs, and measurable outcomes.
• Develop objective grading criteria and evaluation standards for independent review.
• Create scenarios requiring financial judgment and analytical reasoning, not just data retrieval.
• Prepare supporting materials such as Excel spreadsheets, GL extracts, financial statements, audit docs.
