Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Investment Banking, Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, or related fields.
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, financial statements, or investment analysis.
• Experience with AI model evaluation, data annotation, prompt engineering, or AI training is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, numerical reasoning, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated financial analysis, calculations, and recommendations for accuracy and consistency.
• Develop finance-related prompts, test cases, evaluation criteria, and scoring rubrics.
• Create or review gold-standard answers and benchmark datasets.
• Assess AI reasoning across financial workflows, including valuation, financial modeling, investment analysis, and financial statement interpretation.
• Identify calculation errors, unsupported assumptions, hallucinations, and gaps in financial reasoning.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI model performance.
• Support evaluation of AI workflows and agentic systems where applicable.
