Job summary

Integrity FEX is seeking a Final Expense Sales Representative to guide prospective clients through life insurance options over the phone. You will identify goals, explain coverage, and help clients complete applications, while maintaining compliant, professional communication.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance Producer License preferred or required depending on role.
• Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable conducting remote sales conversations.
• Ability to explain insurance concepts clearly.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily activity.
• Familiar with web-based sales systems and insurance platforms.
• Coachable and willing to participate in ongoing training.

• Previous final expense or life insurance sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities
