Job summary

Mcnally Group Contracting Pty Ltd – Henderson WA is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support remote construction projects across WA on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth. You will provide site-based HSE advice, inductions, risk assessments and audits while working closely with site teams and client HSE representatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar HSE advisory role.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver clear safety messages.
• Strong understanding of HSE systems, risk management, audits, inspections and incident prevention.
• Strong reporting, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and support site teams in a practical way.
• Experience on remote FIFO or DIDO projects, preferably within a contractor environment.
• Rio Tinto project experience will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide site-based HSE advice, support and guidance.
• Conduct inductions, toolbox talks and HSE training.
• Support risk assessments, inspections and audits.
• Assist with implementing HSE policies, procedures and programs.
• Liaise with client HSE representatives and stakeholders on project requirements.
• Promote McNally’s safety culture and standards on site.
