Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Field Visual Merchandising Manager for the New York/New Jersey region. The role is field-based, focusing on bringing brand storytelling to life across VF brands including Vans, The North Face, and Timberland.

You will lead visual merchandising standards, coach store teams, and collaborate with district and regional teams to deliver an elevated, on-brand experience. Travel 4+ days/week, drive retail campaigns, and manage store openings and remodels while ensuring brand

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in visual merchandising, retail operations, or brand presentation.
• Experience in multi-brand or multi-store environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of brand storytelling and consumer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual execution across retail stores for multiple brands.
• Travel extensively (4+ days/week) to implement floor sets and campaigns.
• Coach Store Leaders in visual excellence and campaign storytelling.
• Partner with Field Leadership to align execution with business goals.
• Drive brand presentation through product placement and fixtures.
• Support store openings, remodels, and high-priority activations.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback during store visits.
• Document insights and share trends with cross-functional teams.
